The "Nail" Project

Short nails, long nails, one-colored nails or animal print nails?
No matter the pattern nails must always be perfet.
And what about fashionable nails?

In this project, every week a new nail design will be added.
Our goal is to create 15 fashionable nail designs using only nail polishes.

Week 6: Nude french

Except from greys and blues i realised that i also like really much nude nails. But i have to make a little design to add them to the project!
So i created a nude yellow french type with green details! Simple but creative!

Week 5: water marble

This is not an easy technique. You actually put nail polish in water and then with a toothpic you create the designs. It tooks more than an hour to finish both hands.

Let's play!

Honestly that was the most fun trying. Description is not neccessary at all.
Only one word: PacMan!!

Gradient effect

This week I tried first the gradient effect pattern. I used 3 different shades of gray and a sponge. Maybe better for winter, but it definately worth a try!

This was a really creative week.. I had a lot of free time and too much inspiration to stay with only one pattern. I must say that i changed my nails twice although i used the same colors!

Dots, dots and more dots!!

I love it! Is the hardest i have done and need some more time than all the other patterns but i love it. It looks much better when you use 3 different shades of the same color.

Week 3: Leopard print

Full leopard print in all nails, using 3 shades of gray nail polish!!

Week 2: Newspaper print

This one was such an easy try. all you need is nail polish and an old newspaper. Oh, also alcohol and water to print it to the nail!

* Forgive me for not cleaning up the finger but i was too excited with the result!

Week 1: Zebra pattern

So, what do you think of my attemps?
